Self-organisation/holacracy – impulses, exchange, sparring

In 2018, we were also faced with our own “leadership question”. Since then, we have been constantly developing our own organisation as a holacracy and would like to share our experience with interested organisations and companies.

 

Why is it worth thinking about the organisational form?

The organisational form has a significant influence on how it feels to work in a company. It determines the spirit, the atmosphere and the way in which employees work together. After all, we spend a considerable amount of time – around eight hours a day – at work. This time should be used wisely, both for the company and for the employees. Productivity and effectiveness, meaningful activities, appreciation, self-determination, personal responsibility and freedom are decisive factors here.

 

Our offer:

We meet you where you are at the moment and would like to facilitate a personalised exchange. We therefore offer various formats: Presentations, Q&A sessions, one-to-one meetings, informal exchange rounds and discussions. Whatever interests you. We are ready to answer concrete or abstract questions and share ideas.

Possible questions could be:

  • How can responsibility be regulated, without hierarchy?
  • How are decisions made?
  • How can courage and agility be encouraged?
  • How can a fairer salary model be designed and implemented?
  • How do we deal with conflicts?
  • What challenges can arise during the introduction/changeover?

 

A fair hourly rate:

We would like to make the exchange possible for all interested organisations. We therefore offer the service at different hourly rates to suit your situation. You decide the categorisation yourself:

  • NGOs/NPOs/associations/educational organisations: CHF 50 per hour
  • For-profit companies in a difficult situation: CHF 65 per hour
  • Profit-oriented companies in normal operation: CHF 150 per hour
  • Profit-oriented companies in a successful phase: CHF 175 per hour
  • Profit-oriented companies with more than 500 employees: CHF 250 per hour

 

Our own “history”:

Carbotech AG has been organised holacratically since 2019. The change was triggered by the generational change and the departure of the founding generation. Since then, we have been continuously developing our organisation and adapting it to our needs so that we can work well and with pleasure.

We at Carbotech AG are convinced of our holacratic organisation and would like to encourage and inspire other companies to explore the concept of self-organisation.
